Fits 1991-97 8x Series/LX450 LHD or RHD
Does not work with OEM Toyota drag-link ends or the OE Style Steering Damper - Must be fitted as a kit.
Tech Tip: While all of your steering links are often referred to as 'tie rods", they actually have their own specific names.
The rod that connects the passenger and drivers side knuckles/wheels is the tie-rod proper. The link connected to the steering box/gear is the drag-link and in the case of the 40 and 55 Series models, the link from the center-arm to the outer tie rod end is the relay-rod. 60 and 80 Series models don't feature a relay-rod rather a tie-rod and drag-link only.

Solid Fix for old Tie Rod ends
I took a trip this weekend after installing new Adjustable Front and Rear lateral control Rods (Pan Hard Rods), this Tie Rod kit, and getting the alignment. I drove about 50 miles to the Trial and Man oh Man, what a difference. The stability on the highway and the twisty mountain road to the trail really gave me confidence at speeds. Both my wife and I really noticed the Truck was even quieter on the road. Once on the trail, Colorado's Mosquito Creek to Miners Trail to Yankee Hill Trail, was definitely a testament to the new found precision and strength. I bounded over some fairly hard core stuff without the worry of putting too much load on old parts. The Parts were packed exactly the way I would pack for someone else! The box was packed so that nothing shifted during transit and was still tight when I opened the box. The same night I received a magnaflo header and cat for a honda ordered from someone else and they came in a box. That is it. The manifold's gasket and doughnut seal were loose in the same box and a bit worse for wear. Again, Thank you for your love of the Cruiser and your understanding of how much I love mine that I want my parts cared for also. I will say that the included Steering damper they sent is bad and they are working on a warranty replacement
