Modifications of your vehicle in order to improve performance using the parts sold by Cruiser Teq powered by Cruiser Outfitters can result in dangerous situations that may result in bodily harm. The buyer hereby assumes any and all risks associated with any such modifications and fabrication. Cruiser Teq powered by Cruiser Outfitters will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by Cruiser Teq powered by Cruiser Outfitters. Any and all warranty claims shall be dealt with directly with the manufacture of said part.

Due to the nature of used parts, all parts are shipped "as-is" with no warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacture of the parts. We do our best to inspect and clean parts prior to shipping, however many parts cannot be deemed "good" until installed (i.e.: gauge clusters, etc.). Please ask for details when ordering. Any and all returns must be authorized prior to any credit being issued.
